Storyline:
Clyde Sheltons family is brutally murdered. Those responsible were arrested. However, due to the process agent, Nick Rice has only circumstantial evidence. So he decides to get one of them to testify against himself. When Shelton learn it, is not happy. Ten years later he was convicted of running, but something goes wrong down power and suffering. They learn that someone tampered with the device. And the other is found dead, killed in a terrible way. Rice suspected Shelton, so you picked it up. Initially Shelton agrees prayers agreement with the rice, but changes his mind. Shelton seems to be wrong, it seems that because the whole system is a declaration of war is after all zúÄastnenýms case his familys. So Rice has stopped, but Shelton is far ahead of him.
