Storyline:
Clyde Sheltons family is brutally murdered. Responsible are caught. However, due to misuse, DA Nick Rice has only circumstantial. So, he decides to take one of them to testify against himself. When Shelton aware of the fact that she is not happy. Ten years later, he was sentenced done, but something goes wrong, the execution goes awry and suffering. They find out that someone had tampered with the device. And the other was found dead, killed in a gruesome manner. Rice suspected Shelton, so it's picked up. Initially Shelton accepted a plea agreement with the rice, but did not. It appears that Shelton was wrong, it seems, accuses the whole system is a declaration of war to go after all parties with their familys case. So Rice has to stop him, but Shelton is far ahead of him.
